Where nature is observed and appreciated as much as modern technology.  We allow hens to become broody (something that is being bred out of them!) and set their own eggs and care for their own chicks in conjunction with using digital incubators.

From our home to yours, we proudly offer chicks, started stock and occasionally adults and fertile eggs.  These are offered locally.  Sorry, no shipping of live birds.  We also raise Frillback Pigeons, White Layer Ducks and Sebastopol Geese.  Check back with us often!  We hatch nearly year round.  Any question you have is just a "click" away.

Young Chicks: Orpingtons in Buff, Blue, Black and Splash, green egg layers, all straight run.

5 "Tween" Buff Orpingtons, straight run, acclimated to outdoors (w/shelter) Healthy and well started.

One group of Blue Giant Cochins, 3 hens and 1 roo.  Hens are all blue and roo is blue with some yellow-gold on the neck (part of a Lemon-Blue breeding program).  Besides blue, these will produce several other colors.  Roo is fertile at this writing.  Asking $70 for the group.  Will not separate.  All have excellent dispositions.  Approx 2 years old.

One pair of Buff Giant Cochins.  This guy is awesome in size and his golden color.  Roo is fertile at this writing.  Hen is young.  Very good disposition.  Asking $40.  Will not sell one without the other.

Watch our website at the beginning of the year for pullets we have wintered over.  First come, first serve.  Several breeds.

These are very limited and we prefer to sell to seasoned hatchers only. If you are not familiar with hatching shipped eggs, a lot can happen between our hands and the post office.  Once they leave our hands, we are not responsible for your hatching success.  We have hatched from both of these this year already with success so fertility is checked.

We will not gather your eggs until your check has CLEARED, otherwise, your eggs would get old sitting. 

We have started our own foundation flocks of Blue/Black/Splash Orpington's, Welsummers, Golden Cuckoo Marans and Silver Penciled, Blue Laced Red and Partridge Wyandottes! Look for baby chicks next spring!
